When we're bored
When we're bored is a video installation that uses a double projection to explore the relation between text, image and sound. The text was created using an algorithm which would generate random phrases. It followed a simple structure:
I/You/We + (verb) + my + (body part).
The results would imply unfamiliar actions towards my body. They can be seen as instructions or challenges for when there isn't anything else to do but to be with oneself. In the video I tried to depict some of the created phrases and construct a rhythmic composition using a commanding voice.
This specific video is the online version of the original installation. I edited it in order to resemble the effect created by overlapping two video projections.
